To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives.
Spaghetti Eddys is committed to providing our valued customers with high-quality, freshly cooked and ready to eat, take-away or home-delivered food. Refunds or replacements for a specific issue will only be made at our absolute discretion.
Spaghetti Eddys will not issue refunds for:
- Change of mind or incorrect product choice.
- If the food has spoiled as a result of not being consumed within a reasonable time after it has been received by the customer.
- For any issues or enquiries relating to your food order phone or email within 30 minutes of receipt of your order.
